Hi All, I am spending the weekend at the Steampunk Soiree in Herndon, VA. One of the fun extras that you could choose to participate in was an ATC swap. I have never done an ATC before, so I had to research how an ATC was done and what would be expected. I was given great advice by several friends. Second was to try to come up with something in the steampunk type theme. Below is the ATC I created. I completed 80. One for everyone at the event. I didn't want anyone to feel left out. Looking forward to a fun event filled weekend.
All supplies used are from Fun stamper Journey.
The base cardstock used was Cocoa Powder
The second layer of cardstock was Buttercream
I cut the 2 layers with Spellbinders D-lites ATC Dies 3 & 4
Dies are numbered from the smallest to largest.
I stamped the second layer with the ATS Postage Stamps, Stamp
The Postage Stamps, Stamp was stamped using True Color Fusion Hazelnut Blend Ink
The Hot Air Balloons from Fly Away were stamped in True Color Fusion Blue Lagoon and True Color Fusion Sweet Berry Inks.
The edges of the second layer and the balloons were then ink distressed using True Color Fusion Oatmeal Cookie Ink.
The Balloons were fussy cut out and added using dimensionals.
Hope you enjoyed stopping by. Look forward to creating more soon.
Thank you for taking the time to stop by,
